These journals are made using vintage kids books that are destined for the dust bin. We rescue the books and re-bind the covers with beautiful, blank recycled paper. (We use 70 sheets of 100% post-consumer recycled paper per journal.)
These journals are made from a line of kid’s classics – like Robin Hood & Heidi – that had two books in one. This means when you flip the journal over you’ll see a different cover! Two journals for the price of one!!
The double-sided journals are around 7.5"x4.5”. Some journals are pristine, others have obviously lived a full life. Our journals have metal coil bindings which journal connoisseurs love; they are durable and great for writing on the go.
Each journal has a colourful and informative label attached so customers can read about its origin.
